プライバシーポリシー

Lumilee(以下「本アプリ」)は、株式会社絶景(以下「当方」)が提供する睡眠のためのサウンドアプリです。本アプリは、プライバシーを設計の中心に置いています——当方はお客様の個人情報を一切収集しません。

1. 収集しない情報

本アプリには、アカウント登録・ログイン機能がありません。当方は次のいずれも収集・送信・保存しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス等の個人情報
• 再生履歴、お気に入り、利用状況などの行動データ
• 位置情報、連絡先、写真等の端末内情報
• 広告識別子。トラッキングは一切行いません(広告も表示しません)

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

次のデータは機能の提供のためにお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。

• 再生履歴・お気に入り・連続記録・設定(タイマー・通知時刻など)
• 診断情報(アプリの安定性向上のための技術ログ。端末内に保存)

3. ヘルスケア(HealthKit)

「おやすみ記録」をオンにした場合に限り、本アプリはお客様の就寝・起床の時間帯をAppleのヘルスケアに書き込みます。

• 本アプリがヘルスケアからデータを読み取ることはありません
• 健康データが当方や第三者に送信されることはありません
• 記録はヘルスケアアプリからいつでも確認・削除でき、連携は設定からいつでもオフにできます
• 健康データを広告・マーケティング・データブローカーへの提供に用いることはありません

4. 購入情報

プレミアム(サブスクリプション)の決済はAppleのApp Storeが処理します。当方がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。購入状態の確認は、Appleが提供する仕組み(StoreKit)を通じて端末内で行われます。

5. ネットワーク通信

本アプリの通信は、追加の音源(アルバム)をAppleの配信インフラ(On-Demand Resources)からダウンロードするためにのみ発生します。この通信に当方のサーバーは介在せず、お客様を識別する情報を含みません。

6. Appleから提供される統計情報

お客様がiOSの設定で「デベロッパと共有」を有効にしている場合、Appleから匿名化された集計情報(クラッシュ統計等)が当方に提供されることがあります。これらに個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層に向けたものではなく、いかなる利用者からも情報を収集しません。

8. 変更について

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知し、最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Lumilee ("the app") is a sleep sound app provided by ZEKKEI Inc. ("we"). Privacy is at the core of its design — we do not collect any personal information.

1. Information we do not collect

The app has no accounts and no login. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal information such as your name or email address
• Behavioral data such as listening history, favorites, or usage
• Device data such as location, contacts, or photos
• Advertising identifiers. We do no tracking and show no ads

2. Data stored only on your device

The following is stored solely on your device to make the app work, and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

• Listening history, favorites, streaks, and settings (timer, reminder time)
• Diagnostic logs used to improve stability (kept on-device)

3. Apple Health (HealthKit)

Only if you turn on "Sleep Log," the app writes your bedtime and wake-up period to Apple Health.

• The app never reads data from Apple Health
• Your health data is never sent to us or to any third party
• You can review or delete entries in the Health app, and turn the feature off anytime in Settings
• We never use health data for advertising, marketing, or disclosure to data brokers

4. Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store. We never receive your payment details. Entitlement checks happen on-device through Apple's StoreKit.

5. Network access

The app connects to the network only to download additional albums from Apple's content-delivery infrastructure (On-Demand Resources). No server of ours is involved, and no identifying information is included.

6. Statistics provided by Apple

If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized, aggregated statistics (such as crash counts). These contain nothing that identifies you.

7. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at any specific age group and collects no information from anyone.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app.
